Coffee Supplies Delivery & Returns
Order processing times for coffee machines, coffee accessories & spare parts:
1, All orders received prior to 15:00hrs will be dispatch that day, orders received after that time maybe procssed subject to order volumes.
2, Urgent order please call and we will endeviour to get your order out, we are here to help. (please call)
3, Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day*
4, Coffee Machines and larger equipment, we will advise leadtime, please contact us prior to ordering or we will contact you to discuss if an order is received with out communication.
5, Please note coffee orders can be subject to small delays as our coffee is roasted to order or as close as possible. Longest leadtime would be 5 days to your door but we will advise should this be the case most orders are received in 1-3 days.
Delivery charges made simple:
1, Option 1: Standard Delivery 3-5 day service £3.50 (trackable)
2, Option 2: Express Delivery Next Day £5.50 (trackable)
4, EU customer orders are charged at £20 per order and Free over £100* (We will use Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, this is trackable. Transit times are destination dependant and will be advised, normally within 5-7 days)
5, Back Orders are shipped free of charge. (EU customer back orders will be shipped with next order placed or credited to account)
*Highlands and Island please allow a fews days for delivery. EU customers will be advised of transit times prior to dispatch.
Non EU locations we will quote you for delivery prior to dispatch and we are not offended if you wish to arrange for your own courier to collect. All we ask is that you let us know the courier name and tracking number so we release your order to the correct courier and we can then let you know its been collected. Please email or call to arrange.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item for what ever reason you can do within 14 days. It must be unused and as new condition. We will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. You are to return the goods at your expense to our address:

Please ensure that parcel is packed securly for the products being returned.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage to help identify the receipiant. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting that confirms a known signatury of Give it the Beans Ltd has signed for the goods. If the item is deemed lost by your courier then it is your responablity to make a claim with them to recover your lost.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please also note the following:
Damage / Faulty Goods
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If goods delivered are faulty, missing or incorrect, you must advise us as soon as possible, and within 3 days from the date of delivery.
If you notify us of a problem with your goods, we will either make good any shortage; replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective; or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question depending on which option you prefer.
Returns & Warranty Policy
All parts come with a 6 month warrant unless otherwise stated. If you wish to return a product you will require a returns number this we call an RMA number. We use this number to track your return and this helps speed up the processing of your return. To request your return please email email@example.com attaching a copy of your invoice and put in the subject heading RMA request. Please detail the reason as to why you want to return your product. Please allow 24hours for this to be reviewed and processed once approved you will be emailed an RMA number. If we need any more information to help us process you return we will contact you. Please note no RMA number will be issued for parts outside their warranty period also parts are not covered for scale damage, over cleaning or incorrect use. Electronic parts like PCB’s and Touchpads are not supplied with warranty and are non-returnable.
Freight Charges for Returns
Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced free of charge and the cost of you returning the goods to us will be refunded please send via email or enclose a copy of receipt with returned goods.
If the goods are not faulty you will be responsible for the cost of freight to return them to us. Please obtain a proof of posting since we will need to see it if the goods do not arrive. (please see details above)
